About Highland Farm Meats

Highland Farm Meats began its story at Hawkesbury Agricultural College in 1989.

Peter Brooks and Paul Ryan became mates in first year, and have seen each other graduate, get married to two patient and gorgeous women, and have been godparents to a couple of each others kids of which there are 7 in total.

Pete and Paul decided to start Highland Farm Meats with the aims of getting a fair market price for their labours, to produce natural premium quality, grass fed hormone free farm meat, and to pass the savings on.

Highland Farm Meats is grown in Southern NSW near Braidwood. The growing conditions are ideal for free range grass fed lambs and cattle.

Pete and Paul decided to take a quality farm meat product straight to your table and bypass the middle man, so they get a fair price for farming efforts and you make great savings.

The stock are kept calm and relaxed to ensure tenderness, they are processed through a licensed facility and are butchered in a licensed butchery according to your instructions.

After being correctly hung and aged, the farm meat is cut according to your requirements. It is then vacuum sealed and delivered to you.
