That sounds strange, but we take pride in the superior taste of our farm meats. It simply tastes better naturally. Our farm meat has superb flavour, is tender and cooks beautifully.

There are a number of reasons that our farm meat is more tender and succulent.

Highland Farm Meat is vacuum sealed (cryovac) into convenient sized packs for 2. If you have a family of four, use 2 packs.

Our butcher cuts and packages the farm meat according to our very strict guidelines. We use refrigerated transport at all times.

The packaged farm meat can last for up to 1 month in the fridge or up to 12 months in the freezer. We recommend keeping out what you will use in a week and storing the rest in the freezer for convenient meals.
